What to Bring?

Dress up ready for heading into the water! Anything you feel comfortable with, most people come in their beach attire for our yacht charters. In case of wet weather you can bring a rain jacket for extra cover or just stay in the interior as you please.

For wet activities you can bring a change of clothes and towel. Toiletries are provided. Bring a waterproof phone cover if you want to take videos and photos, just in case the device fall into the sea. Don’t forget to tag us at “TribeYachtCharters”

For those with very young kids, you may want to bring your own floats or life vests that’s suitable for their sizes. We have life vests on board Yacht Helium for all sizes, including 2-6 years old.

To protect yourself from the sun, sun screen, hats and anti uv clothing if you are really particular. Just remember to feel comfortable on board Helium.

If you are a first timer, or often get sea sick, do take your pills one hour before you come on board. Some pills do cause drowsiness, do take note of it.

We have speakers on board for all the music lovers, thus you don’t have to bring yours. You can prepare a playlist or vibe to our playlist featuring all the local artists in Singapore =]

Also on board, we provide fork, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, cups, champagne glasses, a cooler box with ice for your drinks. Fret not and come with ease.

What happens if it rains?

Trust us when we say we hate the rain as much as you do. Unfortunately, we do have to go ahead with the yacht charters as there’s no cancellation due to bad weather. Our captain will decide if it’s suitable to proceed with the wet activities or if not you will have to stay indoors.

As a general policy, we do not refund, cancel or reschedule due to bad weather UNLESS otherwise stated.

Instead, we continue having fun and not let the weather dampen our spirits with the priority that safety comes first.

However, if you choose to cancel the trip, there will be no refund given. Trip will still be charge in full amount. 

What happens if my friends decided to be irresponsible and comes late?

Our yacht charters are as according to your booking slot. We do not extend or start late if your friends come late. You can decide to wait for them or leave without them. Perhaps you can extend the charter for them, with an additional cost if they are important enough.

What is the maximum number of guests on board?

For Yacht Helium Charter Singapore, we have the capacity of 11 pax. Pets are not counted, however as long as you are human, it’s considered as 1 pax. Even a new born baby or an old aunty is counted as 1 thus be mindful when you have your guest list planned out. Dolls and pets are welcomed on board Helium. We are kids friendly as well.

For other yacht charter, we will let you know the pax capacity as accordingly.

Smoking on board

Due to safety of everyone and Yacht Helium, we do not allow smoking on board.

Phone usage

You are able to use your data in Singapore waters, but do not expect the best reception especially when we are out there on the sea.  There’s no WIFI on board Yacht Helium Charter Singapore.

Food and Drinks

We have a list of menu for you to choose from at an additional cost. You can also bring your own food, drinks, snacks, desserts on board Yacht Helium. However the policy for bringing your own food varies for the different yacht charters, do let us know in advance and we can let you know if there is corkage fee or not. If you are bringing a cake, do let us know. On board Yacht Helium Charter Singapore, there’s no fridge at the moment so do ensure baker puts in ice packs so that the cake doesn’t melt. Ice cream is not recommended as we do not have a freezer.

What Sea Sports are included?

All charters with Yacht Helium comes with an Efoil Board rental. We also have floating mats, kiddy floats for our little ones. There is an adult and kiddy size stand up paddle board. You can arrange for a Jet Ski at an additional cost.

Cancellations and Refunds

We have a strict policy for cancellations and refunds. Generally we do not reschedule as the date for charter is reserved solely for you once you have confirmed.

More than 1 month in advance, up to 80% refund

Within 1 month in advance, up to 50% refund

Less than 14 days in advance, no refund

KTV

We have a KTV system on board that requires Wifi. You can connect your phone’s data to our system and sing your hearts out. Stability of connection is based on your data network.Yacht Helium Charter Singapore
